Plan Group Inc. is looking for an experienced Business Development Lead focused on the Healthcare market, to join our Technology business unit. You'll excel in building relationships, communicating effectively, strategic thinking and driving results. Comfortable in fast-paced settings, you'll multitask, prioritize, and lead Go To Market planning. Strong leadership skills and decisive decision-making are essential. 

The Healthcare Business Development Lead communicates with internal and external stakeholders, develops client relationships, and strategizes for business growth. They'll establish a rapport with clients and promote Plan Group's solutions. 

As a Healthcare Business Development Lead, you will: 

  • Evaluate business opportunities and communicate effectively with stakeholders to define client requirements. 
  • Develop a business strategy, including potential partnerships, in collaboration with the executive team. 
  • Work closely with the internal Technology Practice Leads. 
  • Maintain regular client communication to ensure satisfaction and provide project updates. 
  • Assist in creating RFP responses and pursue major projects, incorporating international best practices. 
  • Negotiate technical, contractual, and pricing terms alongside senior management. 
  • Identify and onboard new partners and clients strategically. 
  • Coordinate efforts with the Business Development team to maximize client relationship development. 
  • Promote brand awareness through conventions, trade shows, and public relations. 
  • Maintain accuracy in CRM to support client relationships. 

Our ideal candidate has:  

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in technology solution sales to the healthcare market. 
  • Direct experience with healthcare buying vehicles. 
  • Direct experience from the owner-side and operating within the governments' public procurement guidelines in Canada. 
  • Proficient in both oral and written French and English.
